Refund policy


Return Policy:
Customers can return products purchased from Wildride Carrier within 7 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with their purchase. The following conditions apply:

  1. Condition of Products: The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.   
  2.  Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, customers should contact Wildride Carrier via email at marketing@spreadt.com or call at 04 325 3776. The customer service team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  4.  Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will generally be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on the part of Wildride Carrier (e.g., wrong item shipped or product defect).
  5. Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, Wildride Carrier will process the refund. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Exceptions:
- Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or not as described.
- Consumable products, if opened or used, may not be eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons.

Refund Policy:
